Tied to that last question, is there a suggestion in your work that, because of ontological insecurities in women ("I am woman / I am not demented," which also implies a critique of the portrayal of women of, say, the Novelle Vague type), they are reliant more on the types of panaceas you often include in your work? Do you see your work, or any particular poem, written especially for a female audience?
