Everything you ever wanted to know about Alan Licht but were afraid to ask

Great, rambling but informative story about my friend Alan Licht in the "Paris Transatlantic" -- he's the guitarist who played during my reading at St. Mark's a few years back. Nate Dorwood has a piece in this issue as well.

Thanks Brian. Great article. RunOn was such a beautiful little band. Funny, I went to the No Music Festival in London, Ontario in 1998 (? or was it earlier/later?). Very excited for the show, jamming to radio rock on the drive up somehow put me in mood for the noise fest ahead. His performance that night w/ Michael Snow was awesome. Years later came across Licht's "Martha Quinn" book which starts out w/ memory of driving up to that show listening to the radio. My unpretentious musical soulmate! And "The Evan Dando of Noise"? I still read/listen to it.
